Well after a really rough night of sleep cause by odd dreams, loss of covers and general uncomfortableness I managed to at least eat well this am and exercise for a bit.

Bfast:

2 Hard boiled eggs

1 Yoplait greek 100 yogurt

Exercise:

100 punches each arm on the bag

20 each side high knee bicycles

20 lat raises 10lbs each arm

20 tricep extensionss 10lbs

 

Havent forgotten about my DDP. Gonna do that later today.
